Weight reduction, control of, or increase the need for regular weight. Maybe some of the weight comes to weight one way one time,  so we need to know when and how they should be measured by weight.

THE IDEAL RULES FOR MEASURE YOUR BODY WEIGHT:

1. The ideal time to measure up your body weight in the morning on an empty stomach. Without eating any kind of breakfast.
2. Before measure up your body weight you should clean you stomach. It's easy go to you bathroom at morning and leve everything in toilet what you have in your stomach. At that your body weight will come low.
3. If possible, you can measure your weight without clothes. Because there is some weight in your clothes.
4. Do not mesure your weight everyday, Once a week is enough to measure your body weight.
5. You should measures your weight in the same conditions all the time on same device.

YOU SHOULD KNOW THE FOLLOWING RULES WHEN YOU ARE MEASURING YOUR WEIGHT:

1. Do not measure your weight when your Stomach filled.
2. Don't drink at measurment time.
3. Take Off your shoes and heavy clothes.
4. After workout/exercise do not measure your weight. because then you have drink lots of water, lots of air entered the body, so the weight may show vary.
5. The day when you eat on party, weadding, birthday, fast food etc. Not that day or the next day do not measures weight. because most diet foods may be more due to the weight of extra salt.
