Cauliflower Mash Yield Recipe

3 cups chopped cauliflower 
1/4 cup crushed cashews 
1/4 cup coconut milk 
1 pinch salt 
1 pinch pepper 
1 pinch cinnamon 


1) Add all the ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. 
2) Reduce heat to low and cover with a tight-fitting lid. Simmer for 15 minutes and then remove from heat. 
3) Purée in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon of water at a time if necessary to get the mixture moving. Enjoy your meal! 😋
